Siemens Healthineers Supervisory Board extends the mandates of Bernd Montag and Jochen Schmitz

In its meeting on today’s date, the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG prematurely and unanimously extended the terms of office of CEO Dr. Bernd Montag (51) and CFO Dr. Jochen Schmitz (54) by five years. The two managers will now hold these positions until the end of February 2026.

"Bernd Montag and Jochen Schmitz have led the company very successfully and decisively shaped its progress over the past few years. They set the right course with successful implementation of the first phase of Strategy 2025. In the coming years, the company will strive to reach the next level of profitable growth and sustainably extend the company’s leading market position,“ said Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Thomas, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG.
