Darleen Caron
Darleen Caron is a member of the Managing Board (CHRO) of Siemens Healthineers AG and holds the position of Labor Director at Siemens Healthcare GmbH since February 2021. Darleen is a global Human Resources executive with over 30 years of international experience in publicly traded companies across the industrial and services sectors. She has a proven track record of driving cultural, people and organizational transformation to support large scale M&A and integrations, as well as portfolio restructuring efforts. Darleen brings deep expertise in all areas of Human Resources, with a particular emphasis on building robust leadership and future talent bench strength. She has lived and worked in North America and in Europe.
Most recently, Darleen was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for LyondellBasell, a US-based multinational chemical company with US$35 billion in revenues and presence in over 100 countries. Prior to joining LyondellBasell, Darleen was Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources for SNC-Lavalin, a Canada-based global engineering solutions company with CAN$10.4 billion in revenues and presence in over 90 countries.
Born in 1964 in Connecticut, USA, Darleen is a dual Canadian and American citizen. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
